Customized Goals - Individualized Progress
Cottage Seven Academy was founded in 2017 by Principal Bret Wade. We are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to serve students with exceptionalities in Bucks, Chester, Berks and Delaware counties. Cottage Seven Academy opened in Pottstown, PA in 2018 and is now located in Phoenixville in the former East Pikeland Elementary School. It is the goal of Cottage Seven Academy to serve as an intervention for students that have social emotional needs or deficiencies. We use group dynamics, pro-social peer pressure, systematic approach to intervention and accountable methodology to help students develop coping strategies to handle adversity. Cottage Seven Academy focuses wholly on individual progress metrics for academics, attendance, behavioral choices and communication with peers and adults. All of our staff members are vetted, certified and have a wealth of experience in multiple academic settings. We have demonstrated proven success in regards to students meeting their individualized goals and transitioning from our school back to their comprehensive schools.
Our Program

- Special Education program for students diagnosed with emotional disturbance
